FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Pine Lakes Easter Egg Hunt 2010April 3rd at the ClubhouseThe 2010 Pine Lakes Easter Egg Hunt was held April 3rd at athletic field next to the clubhouse. The weather cooperated and that resulted in a good turn out. Approximately 75 children and their parents showed up. The Easter Bunny greeted the children and motioned for them to go outside for the start of the Egg Hunt. The children were arranged into three groups. The first group was for children up to 3 years of age. The second group was for children aged 4 to 7 years old and the last group was for 8 and up. Plastic eggs were filled with chocolate candy and randomly placed in the lawn area for each group. Afterwards, the Easter Bunny invited everyone inside for cookies and treats. Thanks to all the parents that brought a plate of cookies and treats to be shared. Fruit drinks were served to the children and coffee was provided for the adults. Prizes were given out and chocolate and candy filled eggs were handed out as the children left the clubhouse. Many Thanks to Jim Spuhler and Joyce Spuhler for coordinating the activities. They did a fantastic job in stuffing the eggs. See below for pictures of the Easter Bunny and the children.
