A flavorful easy to make salsa. Good with fish, chicken, pork or just a few chips!
10 roma or plum tomatoes
1 sweet onion
1 red (yellow or orange) pepper
1 bunch of cilantro
2 cloves of garlic
1-2 habanero peppers (flesh only no seeds)
Juice of 1 large lime
Season with salt and pepper
Chop all ingredients or blend in a food processor
Then, pour the margaritas!
Lasts up to a week in the frighted (but never lasts that long!)
