IMPORTANT MESSAGE:
You will see an increase in our annual dues in 2026. They have been increased from 225.00 to 325.00. Thank you for those who attended the annual HOA meeting to discuss and vote on the necessary increase to keep us in a good financial standing.
Annual HOA Dues
Our association annual dues are to be paid by March 1st every year. You should be receiving your invoice sometime in January or early February. There will be a link to pay your dues on this website under the Residents tab.

Where we are located
We are located near the North East section of Strongsville, Ohio. Our development is between Webster and West 130th Street. Albion road runs east and west which separates the Association homes to the North and South. The development started on the North side during Phases one and two. The south side started phase three of homes.
Our community has approximately 580 Homes built by various builders and is still growing. Pine Lakes Residential Community, Inc includes; Pine Lakes, Pine Lakes Crossing, Pine Lakes Village and our detached clusters homes, The Reserve at Pine Lakes Village.
