We are glad you are here! This community website has many exciting features and it's main purpose is to communicate important information to our residents.
We are located near the North East section of Strongsville, Ohio. Our development is between Webster and West 130th Street. Albion road runs east and west which separates the Association homes to the North and South. The development started on the North side during Phases one and two. The south side started phase three of homes. Our community has approximately 549 Homes built by various builders and is still growing. Pine Lakes Residential Community, Inc includes; Pine Lakes, Pine Lakes Crossing, Pine Lakes Village and The Reserve at Pine Lakes Village (Our detached Cluster Homes). Shred Day is free to Strongsville Residents!
Shred Day 2021 in Strongsville will be Friday, June 18, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Ehrnfelt Rec Center parking lot, 18100 Royalton Road. The service is free for Strongsville residents.

Webster Road Closing
Webster Road will be closed to through traffic between Royalton and Albion roads starting June 9, 2020 so the Ohio Turnpike Commission can repair the bridge over the turnpike. The project is expected to take 110 days. Detour will be Royalton to West 130th to Whitney.
