Pine Lakes Annual Dues are $225.00 for the year and due every March 1st.

Clubhouse payments can only be made after the clubhouse reservation is made online. Lawrence Management company will receive an automatic email of your reservation.  They will then enter a $200.00 charge on your account and email you the instructions.  It is at that time you will then be able to use the Pay here link above.
